Providing
Feedback: Participants will
learn how to give constructive
feedback— feedback that offers help
and suggestions to the
receiver—without provoking a
defensive reaction. They will use a
worksheet to plan how to use these
new skills in a real situation
within the next 48 hours, and then
get help on their plans from a
fellow participant. |
