ประวัติ  คุณศุภกิจ  รุ่งโรจน์

• คุณศุภกิจ  รุ่งโรจน์  นักธุรกิจสายเลือดไทยเติบโตในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา เป็นเวลากว่า  22  ปี
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจาก  สถาบัน  CIA (Culinary  Institute  of  America)  New  York   ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันที่ได้ชื่อว่าผลิตเชฟที่มีชื่อเสียงมากที่สุดเป็ นอันดับหนึ่งของโลก
• หลังจากที่ได้เก็บเกี่ยวประสบประการณ์จากการเป็นเชฟในโรงแรมระด ับห้าดาวในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา  คุณศภกิจ  ได้กลับมาบุกเบิกธุรกิจ  “ พิซซ่า  ลอยฟ้า ”  ในปี ค.ศ. 1993  โดยเปิดเป็นร้านอาหารสไตล์อิตาเลี่ยนชื่อ  “ อัลเฟรโด ”
• ในปี ค.ศ. 1996  ได้สร้างชื่อเสียงให้ประเทศไทย ในการคว้าตำแหน่งรองแชมป์เปี้ยนโลก พิซซ่าลอยฟ้า   ที่ลาสเวกัส  ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
• ในปี ค.ศ. 2000  คุณศุภกิจสามารถสร้างธุรกิจพิซซ่า สายพันธ์ไทยภายใต้ชื่อ “ พิซซ่า ทูเดย์ พิซซ่าลอยฟ้า ”  จากนั้นได้นำธุรกิจพิซซ่าเข้าสู่ห้างสรรพสินค้าชั้นนำหลายแห่ง  จนเป็นที่รู้จักของชาวไทย
• จากความสำเร็จดังกล่าว  ได้เปิดธุรกิจเพิ่มอีก  3  แบรนด์  ได้แก่  ชูการ์บัน , เบเกอรี่ ทูเดย์และแฟคตอรี่ ทูเดย์
• ธุรกิจใหม่ล่าสุดที่ได้รับการยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางในระยะเวลาอั นรวดเร็ว  และถือเป็นความสำเร็จอันยิ่งใหญ่คือ The Power of Change  หรือพลังแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลง
